• To activate your ticket, the check-in must be done before the scheduled train departure time. You will receive a link in the confirmation email and via SMS. Check-in opens at 12am on the date of travel.
• It is possible for you to make an unlimited number of date and departure changes until 11:59pm on the day before travel.
• On the day of travel, if your check-in is not yet done, you will have the chance to make an unlimited number of departure time changes.
• Before using, please write the cardholder or family head's name and surname on the back.
• Please note that cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-nominative.
• Validate your card at Trenitalia's validating equipment on your first train trip.
• Please show valid identification documents on your arrival.
• Keep in mind that children under the age of 4 can ride free on train and park services, but they must be accompanied by a paying adult.
