To activate your ticket, the check-in must be done before the scheduled train departure time. You will receive a link in the confirmation email and via SMS. Check-in opens at 12am on the date of travel.
It is possible for you to make an unlimited number of date and departure changes until 11:59pm on the day before travel.
On the day of travel, if your check-in is not yet done, you will have the chance to make an unlimited number of departure time changes.
Before using, please write the cardholder or family head's name and surname on the back.
Please note that cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-nominative.
Validate your card at Trenitalia's validating equipment on your first train trip.
Please show valid identification documents on your arrival.
Keep in mind that children under the age of 4 can ride free on train and park services, but they must be accompanied by a paying adult.
